Position: Director of Sales Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all sales & marketing activities
- Develop sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve business targets
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Oversee digital marketing, campaigns, and brand visibility
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth event and sales execution
- Manage budgets and ensure effective Return on Investment (ROI)
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Hotel)
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve revenue goals
- Experience in luxury hospitality and large-scale event markets
