Position: Senior Sales Manager (MICE)
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales revenue specifically for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and event planners
- Conduct site inspections and present hotel facilities to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
- Proven track record in MICE sales within the hotel industry
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent networking abilities and client management
- Target driven and results oriented
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Leadership potential and team collaboration skills
