Position: Sales Admin
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales department.
- Prepare sales contracts, reports, and presentations.
- Manage the sales database and ensure all client information is accurate.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinate with other departments for event and booking details.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or Coordinator, preferably in a hotel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and support a busy team.
- A passionate individual for the hospitality industry.
