JW Marriott Bali Ubud Resort & Spa
Located on a 2.8-hectare property, JW Marriott Bali Ubud Resort & Spa is a pre-opening hotel featuring 100 rooms, including guestrooms, suites, and villas. The resort faces west, offering stunning sunset views and lush forest scenery. Dining options include an open kitchen and buffet restaurant, specialty restaurant, lobby lounge, and pool bar. We are estimated to open in Q2 2026 and are offering premier hotel jobs in Ubud.
Our amenities include two meeting rooms, two pool areas, a fitness center, spa, and kid’s club. The resort is just a 5-minute drive from Jalan Raya Payangan and accessible to attractions like Payung Rafting Bali, Keliki Painting School, Tegallalang Rice Terrace, and various cafes, restaurants, and temples in Ubud Town. We are seeking passionate professionals to join our pre-opening team and build rewarding hospitality careers in Bali.
Position: Marketing & Communications Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of MarCom in executing marketing and PR strategies.
- Manage day-to-day social media, content creation, and community engagement.
- Assist in coordinating media relations, press visits, and influencer collaborations.
- Produce marketing collateral, newsletters, and internal communications.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and media coverage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a MarCom role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Strong skills in content creation, social media management, and PR.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus.
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations.
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
