Position: Sales Manager – Corporate & Travel Agent Segment
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and travel agent accounts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for these segments.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections.
- Negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with clients.
- Represent the hotel at industry trade shows and events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel sales, specifically managing Corporate & Travel Agent segments.
- Strong network of contacts within Jakarta’s corporate and travel industries.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Results driven and proactive.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies.
- Proficient in sales management software.
- Passionate about sales and the hospitality industry.
