Position: Senior Sales Manager – Corporate FIT
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key corporate accounts to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop strategies to increase market share in the Corporate FIT segment.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment.
- Prepare sales contracts and proposals for prospective clients.
- Mentor junior sales staff and monitor team performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality.
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, focusing on Corporate FIT.
- Strong network of corporate clients in Jakarta.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
- Result-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
