Position: EBC Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in handling inquiries and bookings for events and groups.
  • Proactively contact potential clients to generate new leads and business for the hotel.
  • Prepare contracts, proposals, and sales reports accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of client events.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales or event coordination.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
