Position: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for rooms and events in the Banten region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Represent Novotel Tangerang at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in the Tangerang or Jakarta area.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems and sales software.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
