Position: FB Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant or banquet
- Ensure staff adhere to service standards and hygiene regulations
- Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively
- Assist in staff training and scheduling
- Monitor inventory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B supervision
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work under pressure
- Service-oriented
- Willing to work in shifts
