Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Process guest check ins and check outs efficiently while maintaining a warm demeanor
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and process payments securely
- Keep the front desk area tidy and presentable at all times
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma 1 education level
- Experienced working in the same position for min 1 year
- High motivated, proactive, energetic and good personality
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
