Position: Account Payable
Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and prepare payment vouchers
- Reconcile vendor statements and handle payment inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
- Ensure timely payments to avoid late fees
- Assist with month-end financial closing processes
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable
- Proficient in accounting software and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work within deadlines
- Honest and reliable
