Position: Account Receivable

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming payments and update customer accounts
  • Generate invoices and monthly statements for clients
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and payment discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate billing records and files

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable
  • Familiar with hotel property management systems
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient in English
