Position: Account Receivable Officer

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process all accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and collections.
• Monitor customer account details for non payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Communicate with clients regarding billing and payments.
• Prepare aging reports and assist with month end closing procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
• Minimum Diploma 3 Degree in Hospitality, Finance, or a related field.
• Orientation on business results and integrity.
• Familiar with International Hotel Standards and accounting principles.
• Good command in both written and spoken English.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
