Position: Sport & Recreation Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all daily sport and recreation activities for guests at the Ubud resort.
- Lead and schedule the recreation team, ensuring all activities are safe, engaging, and well-organized.
- Plan and coordinate guest activities, such as archery, yoga, and other resort programs.
- Maintain all sports equipment and recreational facilities to the highest safety standards.
- Interact with guests, promote recreational offerings, and ensure a memorable resort experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recreation or sports supervision, preferably in a resort.
- Good planning, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Friendly, service-oriented, and safety-focused.
- First aid or lifeguard certification is an advantage.
- Good communication in English.
