Position: Activity & Recreation Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a diverse range of recreational activities and cultural programs for guests
  • Oversee the daily operations of the recreation department including staff scheduling and training
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained to safety standards
  • Create engaging guest experiences that highlight Balinese culture and the resort’s permaculture concept
  • Monitor guest feedback to continuously improve activity offerings

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort
  • Excellent attitude and professional appearance
  • Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Proficient in related systems and technology
  • Fast learner and proactive team player
  • Able to join immediately
