Position: Activity & Recreation Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a diverse range of recreational activities and cultural programs for guests
- Oversee the daily operations of the recreation department including staff scheduling and training
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained to safety standards
- Create engaging guest experiences that highlight Balinese culture and the resort’s permaculture concept
- Monitor guest feedback to continuously improve activity offerings
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent attitude and professional appearance
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
- Proficient in related systems and technology
- Fast learner and proactive team player
- Able to join immediately
