Position: Recreation Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive recreation programs for guests of all ages
- Oversee the daily operations of recreation facilities, including pool and beach activities
- Ensure the safety and maintenance of all recreational equipment and areas
- Train and supervise the recreation team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor guest feedback to continuously improve activity offerings
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a recreation leadership role within a luxury resort
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and innovative guest activities
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Computer literate and familiar with hotel management systems
