Position: Finance Controller

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all hotel financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Implement and monitor cost efficiency strategies to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the same position.
  • Proven experience in the Hotel industry.
  • Able to prepare and analyze financial statements.
  • Excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting & financial reporting.
  • Able to manage audits, compliance & cost efficiency strategies.
  • Established assessment and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
