Position: Assistant Director of Finance & Business Support

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Finance in managing the hotel’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Provide critical business support and strategic financial analysis to the general management team.
  • Oversee daily accounting activities (AP, AR, Payroll) and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor the accounting team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in Hotel Finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax and accounting regulations.
  • Proficiency in hotel accounting systems and advanced Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance or Accounting.
