Position: Technician Office Building
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the hotel’s office building systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain records of all maintenance and repair work conducted.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position, preferably in a hotel or large building.
- Minimum Diploma 3 Degree in a relevant technical field.
- Orientation on results and integrity.
- Familiar with international building maintenance standards.
- Good command in both written and spoken English is an advantage.
- Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, or civil maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
