Position: Chief Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all operations of the Engineering department, including maintenance, repair, and capital projects.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
- Manage the engineering budget, control utility consumption, and oversee procurement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, building, and environmental regulations.
- Lead and train the engineering team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer in a large-scale hotel.
- Pre-opening experience is mandatory for this leadership role.
- Strong technical background in all aspects of hotel engineering.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and budgeting skills.
- In-depth knowledge of safety codes and regulations.
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) or related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
