Position: Engineering Staff (Carpentry and Civil Work)
Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled carpentry work, including building, installing, and repairing structures, furniture, and fixtures.
- Handle civil work tasks such as tiling, painting, plastering, and masonry repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of building finishes and structures.
- Respond to and complete maintenance requests promptly.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a safe manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in carpentry and general civil maintenance, preferably in a hotel.
- Skilled in using carpentry tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of painting, tiling, and masonry techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passionate and driven individual.
