Position: Engineering Staff (Carpentry and Civil Work)

Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled carpentry work, including building, installing, and repairing structures, furniture, and fixtures.
• Handle civil work tasks such as tiling, painting, plastering, and masonry repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of building finishes and structures.
• Respond to and complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a safe manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in carpentry and general civil maintenance, preferably in a hotel.
• Skilled in using carpentry tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of painting, tiling, and masonry techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passionate and driven individual.
