Position: PROJECT ENGINEER (casual worker)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing specific resort engineering projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to Padma standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist in preparing project reports, documentation, and managing project-related procurement.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
