Position: Gardener (daily worker)
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily gardening duties, including planting, watering, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing.
- Maintain the health and aesthetic beauty of all resort gardens, lawns, and landscapes.
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely.
- Assist in landscape projects and garden enhancements.
- Ensure all pathways and garden areas are clean and free of debris.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Gardener, preferably for a hotel or large estate.
- Strong knowledge of tropical plants, horticulture, and landscaping techniques.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Hardworking, reliable, and passionate about gardening.
- Ability to use and maintain gardening equipment.
- Good team player.
- Basic understanding of English is a plus.
