Position: Cost Controller
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of cost control for the resort, with a strong focus on F&B and operational costs.
- Conduct regular spot checks, inventory counts, and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Analyze menu engineering, pricing, and supplier costs to optimize profitability.
- Work closely with department heads to manage departmental budgets and control expenses.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cost Controller in Hotel Industry is a MUST.
- Good command of English (both spoken and written).
- Ability to work under pressure, willingness to grow and adopt to the working conditions.
