Position: Kids Club Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the resort’s Kids Club, creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children.
- Design and implement a diverse range of age-appropriate activities and programs.
- Lead and train the Kids Club team, ensuring all staff are certified in first aid and CPR.
- Engage with parents, promote Kids Club services, and handle all related inquiries and feedback.
- Manage the Kids Club budget, supplies, and facility maintenance, ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing a Kids Club or in a child-centric role in a luxury resort.
- Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field is highly preferred.
- Certified in First Aid and CPR.
- Creative, energetic, and passionate about working with children.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and guest-facing skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
