Position: Kids Club Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the resort’s Kids Club, creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children.
  • Design and implement a diverse range of age-appropriate activities and programs.
  • Lead and train the Kids Club team, ensuring all staff are certified in first aid and CPR.
  • Engage with parents, promote Kids Club services, and handle all related inquiries and feedback.
  • Manage the Kids Club budget, supplies, and facility maintenance, ensuring compliance with all safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing a Kids Club or in a child-centric role in a luxury resort.
  • Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field is highly preferred.
  • Certified in First Aid and CPR.
  • Creative, energetic, and passionate about working with children.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and guest-facing skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
