Position: Leisure/Recreation Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and promote all leisure and recreation programs for resort guests, including pool, kids’ club, and activities.
  • Lead and supervise the recreation team, ensuring a high level of guest engagement and safety.
  • Manage the maintenance and cleanliness of all recreational facilities and equipment.
  • Create innovative activity schedules for guests of all ages.
  • Control departmental budgets and manage inventory of recreation supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recreation management, preferably in a resort or hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Creative and energetic with a passion for guest service and activities.
  • Certification in CPR, First Aid, and/or as a lifeguard is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Recreation Management, or Physical Education.
