Position: Leisure/Recreation Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and promote all leisure and recreation programs for resort guests, including pool, kids’ club, and activities.
- Lead and supervise the recreation team, ensuring a high level of guest engagement and safety.
- Manage the maintenance and cleanliness of all recreational facilities and equipment.
- Create innovative activity schedules for guests of all ages.
- Control departmental budgets and manage inventory of recreation supplies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recreation management, preferably in a resort or hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Creative and energetic with a passion for guest service and activities.
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and/or as a lifeguard is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Recreation Management, or Physical Education.
