Position: Assistant Manager Guest Activities

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the resort’s guest activities, kids’ club, and recreation programs.
• Develop and implement a creative and engaging schedule of activities for guests of all ages.
• Lead and supervise the recreation team, ensuring a safe and fun environment.
• Ensure the safety and pristine maintenance of all recreational facilities.
• Proactively engage with guests to promote activities and enhance their resort experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a recreation or guest activities supervisory role, preferably in a 5-star Bali resort.
• Energetic, creative, and passionate about guest engagement and wellness.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive workplace.
