Position: Assistant Manager Guest Activities
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the resort’s guest activities, kids’ club, and recreation programs.
- Develop and implement a creative and engaging schedule of activities for guests of all ages.
- Lead and supervise the recreation team, ensuring a safe and fun environment.
- Ensure the safety and pristine maintenance of all recreational facilities.
- Proactively engage with guests to promote activities and enhance their resort experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a recreation or guest activities supervisory role, preferably in a 5-star Bali resort.
- Energetic, creative, and passionate about guest engagement and wellness.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive workplace.
