Position: Recreation Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the resort’s recreation activities, including the pool, kids’ club, and guest programs.
- Lead and motivate the recreation team, ensuring safety and guest engagement.
- Develop and implement a creative and diverse schedule of guest activities.
- Manage inventory of recreation equipment and facilities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recreation Supervisor or Senior Coordinator in a resort.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Creative, energetic, and highly focused on guest safety and satisfaction.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
