Position: Executive Chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of culinary leadership experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a lifestyle or boutique hotel.
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
- Expertise in modern culinary techniques, menu development, costing, and procurement.
- Proven ability to lead and train a diverse kitchen brigade.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety (HACCP) and sanitation standards.
- Creative and passionate about culinary trends and quality.
- Strong financial acumen for managing food costs and kitchen budgets.
