Position: Sous Chef / Head Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team in the absence of the Executive Chef or as the head.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and consistency.
  • Assist in menu planning, costing, and development.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, food costs, and ordering.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

  • Male
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
  • Hands on operation
  • Budget hotel experience will be an advantage
  • Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and menu planning.
  • Familiar with food safety standards (HACCP).
