Position: Chef de Partie – Butchery
Qualifications:
- Specialized experience as a Butcher or Chef de Partie in a butchery section.
- Expert knowledge of meat cuts, preparation, and storage techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
- Ability to manage inventory and minimize waste.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is essential.
