Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or as a Head of Department in a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent operational management and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
