Position: Executive Assistant Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a 5-star resort (e.g., EAM, Director of Rooms, or Director of F&B).
  • Exceptional managerial, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong operational and financial acumen with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-minded attitude.
  • Ability to motivate the team and uphold brand standards of excellence.
