Position: Executive Chef

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a 5-star resort.
• Strong culinary creativity and expertise in menu engineering and development.
• Excellent knowledge of food cost control, budgeting, and kitchen management.
• In-depth understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Exceptional leadership and team training capabilities.
