Position: Executive Housekeeper

Qualifications:

• A minimum 3 years experience in the same position
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose complex issues and develop effective solutions
• Detail and focus on resort cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to set vision, motivate, and inspire teams under Housekeeping Department
• Experienced to handle all housekeeping rooms, pool and garden
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration and reporting
• Excellence English communication skill
