Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar guest-facing role
• Extensive knowledge of Jakarta’s attractions, dining, and transportation
• A resourceful and proactive approach to fulfilling guest requests
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Membership in Les Clefs d’Or is a significant advantage
