Position: Duty Manager

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a D3 Degree, preferably majoring in Hospitality / Tourism.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Front Office Duty Manager in the hotel industry.
• Familiar with using the VHP system.
• Passion for customer service and building strong client relationships.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
