Position: Duty Manager (Seminyak)

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer-facing or supervisory role within the hotel industry is required.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to handle and solve unexpected issues, complaints, and emergencies.
  • Enthusiasm for providing an exceptional guest experience and going the extra mile.
