Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network and extensive knowledge of the corporate, government, and MICE markets in the Serpong/Tangerang area.
• Excellent strategic planning, leadership, and team management skills.
• Fluent in English with outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
