Position: Chief Engineer

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or Assistant CE in a large-scale resort.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and budget-management skills.
• Proficient in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong communication skills and a team-spirited attitude.
