Position: Director of Sales & Distribution

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a Director of Sales role at a luxury resort.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong managerial and leadership skills to guide the sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Extensive network and knowledge of the leisure, MICE, and corporate markets.
