Position: Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the hotel’s sales team.
- Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a leadership role.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Team spirit and a service-minded approach to leadership.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the local market and hotel industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in hotel CRM and sales management software.
