Position: Director of Revenue Management
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the resort’s total revenue management strategy (Rooms, F&B, Spa).
- Oversee pricing, inventory allocation, and channel management to maximize RevPAR and TRevPAR.
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis, market segmentation, and demand forecasting.
- Lead and manage the Revenue and Reservation team to achieve commercial targets.
- Work closely with the DOSM to optimize sales strategy and distribution mix.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Director of Revenue Management (DORM) in a 5-star resort.
- Expert knowledge of PMS, RMS (Revenue Management System), and distribution channel management.
- Exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen.
- Strong leadership ability to influence and train the commercial team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Hotel Management.
- Deep understanding of the Banten leisure and OTA market dynamics.
