Position: Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
- Prepare sales contracts, reports, proposals, and other correspondence.
- Manage and maintain the sales filing system and client database (CRM).
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
- Assist in coordinating event details and preparing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
- Help prepare materials for sales presentations and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a hotel sales environment.
- Detail oriented and good administration skills.
- Able to handle sales correspondence and filing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Target oriented with strong communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
