Position: Marketing Communication Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the resort’s internal and external marketing and communications strategy.
- Manage all resort social media platforms, website content, and digital campaigns.
- Handle press relations, media inquiries, and organize promotional events.
- Ensure all branding and marketing materials comply with Mövenpick/Accor standards.
- Work closely with Sales to promote packages and F&B to drive resort visibility.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as MarComm Manager or similar role in a 5-star hotel/resort.
- Expert knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia for PR.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with graphic design software and media relations in the Banten/Jakarta market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
- Creative and strategic thinking with a focus on resort brand visibility.
