Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Actively solicit and manage key accounts across corporate, MICE, and leisure segments.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct site inspections for potential clients and host client entertainment.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience within the hotel industry.
• Strong background in corporate, MICE, and leisure markets.
• Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Target oriented with strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Familiar with the Cikarang and Bekasi industrial area market is a plus.
