Position: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Actively solicit and manage key accounts across corporate, MICE, and leisure segments.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct site inspections for potential clients and host client entertainment.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience within the hotel industry.
- Strong background in corporate, MICE, and leisure markets.
- Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Target oriented with strong communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Familiar with the Cikarang and Bekasi industrial area market is a plus.
