Position: Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager with administrative tasks.
- Prepare sales proposals and contracts.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth events.
- Maintain client databases and filing systems.
- Handle initial inquiries from clients.
Qualifications:
- Min. 3 years experience in similar position (or 1 year admin/sales)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Positive attitude, and energetic personality
- Able to work individually and team
- Able to join immediately
- Strong organizational skills.
- Able to multitask.
