Position: Assistant Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Sales in managing the sales team and developing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across corporate, MICE, and leisure segments.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify strategic advantages.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior sales management role in the hospitality industry, preferably in Surabaya.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- In depth knowledge of the Surabaya market and local corporate accounts.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
