Position: Assistant Director of Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Sales in managing the sales team and developing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across corporate, MICE, and leisure segments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and industry partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify strategic advantages.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior sales management role in the hospitality industry, preferably in Surabaya.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • In depth knowledge of the Surabaya market and local corporate accounts.
  • Proficiency in hotel PMS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
