Position: Director of Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Sales & Marketing division, developing strategies to maximize revenue for rooms, events, and F&B in the competitive SCBD market.
- Oversee all sales, marketing, and public relations activities, ensuring they align with the luxury brand standards.
- Manage the departmental budget, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners in Jakarta.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing in a 5-star luxury hotel, preferably in Jakarta.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Passionate, creative, and driven to be the absolute best.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of the SCBD corporate and MICE markets.
- A strategic thinker with strong financial acumen.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing.
