Position: Sales
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for rooms, meetings, and events.
- Identify and secure new business from corporate, government, and travel agent segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and represent the hotel at trade shows.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hotel sales role (e.g., Sales Executive, Sales Manager).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the Balikpapan market and existing client database.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and a strong team player.
